- You may return any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiries@ivfjourneystore.uk with your order number, full name and reason for the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

**2. Refunds**

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item for our records.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund for any items deemed damaged or defective.
